Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a contract between Freedom Ink & Toner (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you or the organization you represent (“you”). They govern your access to and use of our website and any services, content, or features made available through it (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Product Information
We try to present product details, pricing, and availability accurately, but errors may occur. If a product is not as described or expected, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

Pricing and Promotions
Prices shown may reflect manufacturer suggestions, historical pricing, or our evaluation of comparable items. We confirm price at checkout. If a price error is discovered, we may cancel your order or contact you for instructions before shipment. We charge your payment method when your order is processed for shipment.

Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout (which may include PayPal). By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected method for the total order amount, including any taxes, shipping, and applicable fees.

Taxes
Orders may be subject to sales or use tax. If you have a valid resale or exemption certificate, email it to care@freedominktoner.com before ordering. Contact us at the same address if you believe tax was applied in error.

Shipping; Title and Risk of Loss
Orders ship subject to availability and our shipping policies posted on the website. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we deliver the items to the carrier. If your order does not arrive, you must notify us within 60 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email.
International Shipments
For international orders, you authorize Freedom Ink & Toner or its designee (e.g., a customs broker) to act as your agent for customs clearance. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees in addition to the product price and shipping.

Returns and Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Return Policy posted on the website. Please review it before placing an order.

Store Credit and Gift Cards
From time to time we may issue store credit or gift cards. Unless otherwise stated, store credit expires one (1) year from issuance and is redeemable only on our website. Expired, lost, or stolen credits or cards may not be replaced.

By placing an order or creating an account, you agree we may send you transactional emails (e.g., order updates). With your consent, we may send promotional emails; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those messages.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Freedom Ink & Toner AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Freedom Ink & Toner FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Your Representations
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you will comply with all applicable laws in using the Services.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Freedom Ink & Toner, our affiliates, and our respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its then-current Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, or by remote hearing if permitted by the rules. YOU AND Freedom Ink & Toner WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and general provisions.

General Provisions
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Freedom Ink & Toner regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect and be interpreted to best reflect the parties’ intent. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. No waiver is effective unless in writing. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only.
