Compatible & Remanufactured Products

Return window: Unopened compatible products within 30 days of purchase. Request an RMA by emailing care@freedominktoner.com. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping instructions:

  • Do not write on the product or packaging.
  • Use a sturdy box and protective packaging.
  • If using the postal service, consider delivery confirmation. Freedom Ink & Toner is not responsible for lost returns.

Warranty coverage:

  • 1-Year Performance Warranty on all remanufactured and compatible products.
  • Covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Return options: full refund (shipping excluded; restocking fee may apply), replacement, or store credit.
  • Non-defective returns may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Exclusions:

  • Products from other merchants
  • Damage from misuse, tampering, improper installation, neglect, freezing, or improper storage
  • Removal of warranty, lot, or serial number labels
OEM Products (HP, Canon, Brother, Xerox, etc.)
  • Covered only under the OEM’s warranty. Contact the manufacturer directly for defective items.
  • We accept unopened, resalable OEM products for return within 30 days. These may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
  • Opened OEM products cannot be returned and will be recycled.
Shipping Damage or Errors
  • Report damaged, incorrect, or short-shipped items within 10 days of delivery.
  • Do not ship damaged items back immediately; we may need to file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping Charges & Liability
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items.
  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
