Compatible & Remanufactured Products
Return window: Unopened compatible products within 30 days of purchase. Request an RMA by emailing care@freedominktoner.com. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping instructions:
- Do not write on the product or packaging.
- Use a sturdy box and protective packaging.
- If using the postal service, consider delivery confirmation. Freedom Ink & Toner is not responsible for lost returns.
Warranty coverage:
- 1-Year Performance Warranty on all remanufactured and compatible products.
- Covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
- Return options: full refund (shipping excluded; restocking fee may apply), replacement, or store credit.
- Non-defective returns may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Exclusions:
- Products from other merchants
- Damage from misuse, tampering, improper installation, neglect, freezing, or improper storage
- Removal of warranty, lot, or serial number labels
OEM Products (HP, Canon, Brother, Xerox, etc.)
- Covered only under the OEM’s warranty. Contact the manufacturer directly for defective items.
- We accept unopened, resalable OEM products for return within 30 days. These may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
- Opened OEM products cannot be returned and will be recycled.
Shipping Damage or Errors
- Report damaged, incorrect, or short-shipped items within 10 days of delivery.
- Do not ship damaged items back immediately; we may need to file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping Charges & Liability
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items.
- Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
